about me
My background
I put my heart and soul into my life work. And my work is to help people on their journeys.
My own journey began in the 1990s. A near death experience and other intense initiations led me to a variety of therapies including Sound Therapy and Sacred Drumming and drum making. Whether working with individual clients, convening workshops or working with vulnerable people, children and families, I integrate therapeutic work at all levels.
At the request of friends, I became a celebrant, often with my husband, Paddy. My work draws on my background as a sound therapist, especially with my singing voice, and I use ritual to bring the sacred into very special memorable ceremonies. I also love to lead people with community singing.
I help people at the end of their earthly journeys too. I have supported people to write their own funeral wishes and ceremonies, well in advance, so that everything is planned and taken care of. I am part of a team of facilitators in a local death café.
The more I follow my intuition and immerse myself in these worlds, the more aligned I become with my true purpose. I am blessed to have had over 25 years helping others!
